PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT.

AR&PR MÉXICO will collect the necessary personal data, depending on the relationship it has with each of its Clients and / or Contacts, among which are without limitation:

* Registration with the Secretary of Finance and Public Credit.

* Official identification of the Legal Representative (s)

* Proof of Private Address.

* Credit Bureau Report.

* Deed of sale or lease of the properties that are operated or managed.

* These will be used solely and exclusively for the following purposes:

* Know the main economic activities of the owner (s), Buyer (s) and / or tenant (s)

* Preparation of Contracts

* Preparation of promotional and dissemination campaigns

* Development of Sales and / or Leasing Campaigns

* Any analogous or compatible purpose with the above.

PROCEDURE TO EXERCISE ARCO RIGHTS AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT. The owner has, at all times, the right to access, rectify and cancel their data (subject to the provisions of article 26 of the LFPDP), as well as to oppose their treatment or revoke the consent that they have provided for this purpose. submitting an application with the following information and documentation:

Name of the owner and address or other means to communicate the response to your request;

The documents that prove your identity (official identification and public deed stating the power of attorney in the case of legal entities);

In the event that the information provided in your application is erroneous or insufficient, or the corresponding accreditation documents are not accompanied, we may request, within five business days after receipt of the request, to provide the elements or documents necessary to process it. The holder will have ten business days to meet the request, counted from the day after it has been received. If no response is provided within said period, the corresponding request will be deemed not submitted.

AR&PR MÉXICO or its Personnel will respond to the respective holder within a maximum period of twenty business days, counted from the date the request was received, so that, if appropriate, the person in charge makes it effective within fifteen business days after the response is communicated. In all cases, the answer will be given by the same means by which you have submitted your request or, where appropriate, by any other means agreed with the owner. The aforementioned terms may be extended in terms of the LFPDP.

LIMITATION OF USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION. The person in charge and / or its Personnel will keep the personal data of the owner for as long as necessary to process their requests for information, products and / or services, as well as to maintain accounting, financial and audit records in terms of the LFPDP and of current commercial, fiscal and administrative legislation. In addition to controlling the disclosure of such data or information from business partners. The personal data collected will be protected by appropriate administrative, technical and physical security measures against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or treatment, in accordance with the provisions of the LFPDP and other applicable legislation. However, the aforementioned, AR&PR MÉXICO does not guarantee that unauthorized third parties will gain access, illegally, to the physical or logical systems of the owners or the person in charge or the electronic documents and files stored in their systems. Consequently, AR&PR MÉXICO will not be liable in any case for damages that may arise from said unauthorized access, for which AR&PR MÉXICO will inform the owner of said event.
