ARCHITECTURAL SURVEYS IN MÉRIDA
WE DESIGN, CORRECT AND CREATE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS
Before developing the executive project, it is necessary to have a preliminary project, these are the first plans that we must make, construction projects in Mérida need permits, these permits also vary depending on the location of the house, in areas such as the historic center and surroundings in addition to a building permit, INAH approval is needed. For this reason, the projects must be supervised by an Architect in Mérida, once the preliminary project has been presented, the Arquitectonico project must be continued, followed by the executive project.
DRAFT
A set of preliminary plans is presented that present the idea of the project offering solution alternatives, functional, of form, of style and where the difference of a project is achieved to make a construction or the creation of a work. In it are contemplated: sketches, presentation of sheets, cuts and facades, volumetric model, perspectives and some details.
Presenting this material, the main objective of a preliminary project is to convey the general idea of the work under study. To facilitate this task, it is accompanied by a written or visual memory, an estimated budget and a description of the methods that will be considered in the construction.
DRAFT ELEMENTS
Conceptualization
It consists of explaining to the principal or client what the process has been to reach the proposed solution. In this way, it intends to expose the concepts and arguments on which the decisions were based.
Architectural plans
They are the guiding axis of the architectural design and the main sketch. They play an important role both in the preliminary project and in the service plan.
Sections:
They show two necessary cuts, one transverse and one longitudinal. It is useful, for example, to demonstrate how sections pass through a bathroom to observe the slope of the plumbing fixture and the distance between the registers or the drain.
Elevations or facades
Corresponds to the drawings of the main facade. Depending on the project, it can also include the design of the rear façade.
rooftop plant
This element is essential to analyze the operation of the storm drain. Observations should be made on the slopes and on the proposed downspouts.
Foundation and drainage plant
This sketch shows how the foundation, the drainage system and the location of the sanitary registers of the work will be.
Constructive details
To allow a better understanding of the plans, architectural details such as the reinforcement of the slab, columns or beams can be added. It is important that they are not excessive recommendations that cloud the concept of the project, but precise suggestions.
In order for the preliminary project to be approved without major changes, it is important that it is based on the client's needs and that it incorporates technical elements that increase the quality of the work. Our goal is to deliver an effective, sustainable solution that allows the building to have an optimal life cycle.
